Welcome to Ireland West Seakayaking.
Saoirse Na Mara means "Freedom of the Seas." We offer Sea Kayaking Trips for adults and Coaching Courses for all abilities in the beautiful setting of Clew Bay on the West Coast of Ireland.
Saoirse Na Mara is a mobile Seakayak company. Being flexible means that we can take advantage of the best of weather and tide conditions to bring you the ultimate West Coast Seakayaking experience!
All specialist equipment is provided and Instruction / Guiding is with top qualified Irish Canoe Union Instructors. (See the About Us section for more.)

No Car? No problem!
Saoirse Na Mara is happy to introduce a new service for the Summer of 2011. We are offering a FREE shuttle from Westport. This means that you don't have to worry about organising transport to come and meet us, instead we will collect you, leaving you more time and cash to enjoy your holiday.

Improvers Evenings.
(Suitable for people who have completed a 3 session beginners course)
Thursday evenings 6pm-8.30pm throughout the Summer
Saturday 9th July - Clew Bay Area - Level 3 Sea Skills Training Day
Sunday 10th July - Westport - Essential Coastal Navigation (Theory Course)
Level 3 Instructor Training.
16-17 July - Clew Bay area
You must have your level 4 sea kayak proficiency before you can apply for this course. For more info contact us on the email address below.
Sat & Sun 30&31st July - Clew Bay Area - Level 4 Sea Skills Training
Sat & Sun 10 & 11th September - Clew Bay Area - Level 4 Sea Skills Training.
